The official state program is Alaska Medicaid. Contact the state or your health plan to confirm eligibility, covered services, required notice, and the correct ride contact for your plan or location.

Alaska Medicaid says your health care provider must request authorization for local or outside-community non-emergency transportation through Conduent or the relevant Alaska Native Tribal entity. If you need Early Screening travel help, call 907-269-4575 in Anchorage or 1-888-276-0606 outside Anchorage. The provider and Medicaid transportation authority determine the trip details.
