What the pilot collects
Provider applications collect business and contact details, service areas, fleet size, service categories, and the application consent record. The contact form collects a name, email, topic, message, and permission to respond. Please do not submit patient information, health conditions, or trip addresses through these forms.
Coverage checks use the pickup ZIP code and selected ride category to look for a participating provider. We do not save those searches as rider requests. Live rider intake is closed; the site does not currently accept a real ride request.
How we use information
We use business applications to assess participation, manage provider records, and contact applicants about the pilot. We use messages to respond to the sender, handle privacy inquiries, and improve the site. We also use limited technical information to operate the website, secure accounts, and reduce spam or abuse.
Who can access it
The pilot operator can access business applications and messages in a protected workspace. Hosting and database service providers process information to run the service; the current pilot uses Vercel for hosting and Neon for storage. Their infrastructure may process technical request logs, including IP addresses and requested URLs. Business applications and messages are not published automatically or shared with transportation providers as rider leads.
Cookies, local storage, and tracking
The site uses an essential sign-in cookie for private workspaces, with an eight-hour session. The public sample experience may save fictional workflow changes in this browser tab’s session storage. The sample does not ask for real rider contact details. You can reset sample activity from the demo workspace or clear it by closing the tab.
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics to understand visits to the public website, including page addresses, referral information, browser and device information, and general usage. Google Analytics may store analytics cookies in your browser. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our Google tag. Private operations and provider workspaces, rider intake, and the passcode screen are excluded from page-view tracking. We do not add form contents or rider details to analytics events.
You can manage analytics cookies through your browser settings or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. See the Google privacy policy and Vercel Web Analytics privacy information for their practices. The pilot does not use behavioral advertising or call recording. Anti-abuse limits use a keyed hash of an IP address and a time window; expired rate-limit records are removed as requests are processed.
Sharing, selling, and future rider intake
The current pilot does not sell personal information or transmit real rider leads. A future rider service will require a separate review of its data collection, participating providers, permissions, retention, and applicable requirements before opening. A provider application or sample checkbox does not authorize future sharing of a real rider’s information.
Retention and your choices
Business records are retained while the application, participation, or inquiry is being handled and as needed for legitimate recordkeeping. The operator reviews records manually; this pilot does not have an automatic deletion schedule. You can ask to access, correct, or delete information by using the contact form and selecting “Privacy / access / deletion.” Include enough context to identify the submission, but do not include health information or identity documents.
We may need to confirm that a request comes from the relevant person before disclosing or deleting a record. We will handle requests under applicable law. The website is intended for adults arranging transportation or conducting business; children should not submit information.
