TripBridge is a connection service in development. Independent transportation businesses operate the vehicles and provide the ride. They set their own prices and confirm which trips they can serve.
Can I book a ride today?
Live ride requests are not open yet. We’re recruiting and reviewing providers. You can check coverage, explore the sample journey, or contact an established operator directly for a current trip.
What does self-pay mean?
You or someone arranging the ride pays the transportation provider directly. This pilot does not arrange Medicaid, Medicare, or insurance benefits. If you may have a transportation benefit, contact your plan or its transportation line first.
Will I see a price before I book?
The planned flow asks the provider to confirm a quote directly before a booking. We don’t calculate or guarantee transportation prices. Ask about the full trip, waiting, return travel, companions, and cancellation terms.
Is this for medical emergencies?
No. This site does not provide emergency dispatch, ambulance services, medical advice, or care during transport. For an emergency, call 911.
Can I arrange a ride for someone else?
The planned service is designed for riders and people helping them. You’ll need permission to share someone else’s details, and the provider must confirm the rider’s needs and the trip arrangements.
