The website currently offers information, coverage checks, fictional demonstrations, business applications, and a business contact form. Live ride requests are closed. No sample form, coverage result, or demonstration creates a transportation booking.
Independent transportation providers
TripBridge does not operate vehicles, employ drivers to provide rides, or provide medical care or emergency dispatch. Independent operators are responsible for the transportation they offer, including suitability, licensing, insurance, vehicles, drivers, pricing, scheduling, and the service itself.
If a provider is shown in a coverage result, this means its pilot record includes the selected ride category and pickup ZIP code. It does not guarantee availability for a particular trip, price, or suitability for a particular rider. You and the provider must confirm those details directly before any booking.
Business applications
You must be authorized to represent the business whose details you submit and provide accurate information. An application does not automatically create a listing, guarantee acceptance, promise a volume of inquiries, or establish a paid agreement. Any commercial terms for future participation will be agreed separately in writing.
Use of the website
Use this site for lawful purposes. Do not submit false information, patient records, health conditions, payment card details, or sensitive identity documents to the business forms. Do not attempt to access another account or interfere with the service. Keep workspace access codes private and report suspected unauthorized access through the contact form.
Demonstrations and general information
Sample riders, companies, requests, outcomes, and financial scenarios are fictional. They are not evidence of actual business performance or a promise of future results. Planning guides offer general information, not individual medical advice. Consult the relevant care team and transportation provider when determining what support a rider needs.
No emergency service
For an emergency, call 911. Website forms and workspaces are not monitored as emergency or urgent transportation channels.
Availability and changes
As an early pilot, features may change or be temporarily unavailable. We aim to keep information accurate, but participating providers must confirm current details. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
