Arkansas covered rides
The official state program is Arkansas Medicaid. Contact the state or your health plan to confirm eligibility, covered services, required notice, and the correct ride contact for your plan or location.
Arkansas Medicaid's NET Helpline is 1-888-987-1200; choose option 1 for help finding the transportation broker for your county. The county broker schedules the ride, so call the broker identified for where you live. Arkansas Medicaid and ARKids First-A members may use NET for covered services; ARKids First-B does not cover non-emergency transportation. The helpline also handles complaints, so confirm whether you need broker identification, a reservation, or complaint help when you call.
