Arizona covered rides
The official state program is Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS). Contact the state or your health plan to confirm eligibility, covered services, required notice, and the correct ride contact for your plan or location.
AHCCCS directs members with no other transportation option to call the Member Services number on their health-plan card to arrange non-emergency medical transportation. Have the appointment, provider, pickup, and mobility-accommodation details ready, and use the health plan's customer-service line for ride problems.
