Colorado covered rides
The official state program is Health First Colorado. Contact the state or your health plan to confirm eligibility, covered services, required notice, and the correct ride contact for your plan or location.
Health First Colorado lists MediDrive at 1-855-489-4999 for members in Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson, Larimer and Weld Counties. Members in other counties should use the local NEMT provider listed in the official state directory. Check your county’s current listing when arranging a ride and schedule at least two business days ahead when possible.
