Florida covered rides

The official state program is Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (Medicaid). Contact the state or your health plan to confirm eligibility, covered services, required notice, and the correct ride contact for your plan or location.

Plan members should call their health plan for the current transportation provider. People without a plan can call the Florida Medicaid Helpline for the provider name and number; the official brochure recommends scheduling at least three business days before the appointment.
