Idaho covered rides
The official state program is Idaho Department of Health & Welfare. Contact the state or your health plan to confirm eligibility, covered services, required notice, and the correct ride contact for your plan or location.
Idaho Medicaid members who have no other way to reach a covered health care service can call MTM at 1-877-503-1261 to request non-emergency transportation. Call at least two business days before the appointment. Idaho Medicaid also handles NEMT separately for members enrolled in the Medicare Medicaid Coordinated Plan; MTM or Medicaid reviews eligibility, the service, and any needed referral.
Route details: Use MTM for the Idaho Medicaid NEMT program when the member lacks other transportation. A dual member's MMCP plan does not replace the state Medicaid NEMT route; the state page says NEMT remains separate.
