Illinois covered rides
The official state program is Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services. Contact the state or your health plan to confirm eligibility, covered services, required notice, and the correct ride contact for your plan or location.
Illinois managed-care members should call the transportation number on the back of their member card. Fee-for-service members can use netspap.com or call Transdev at 877-725-0569 for a list of transportation providers; HFS says Transdev does not schedule rides. If you do not know your managed-care plan, HFS lists 1-855-828-4995 for plan help.
