Missouri covered rides

The official state program is Missouri Department of Social Services. Contact the state or your health plan to confirm eligibility, covered services, required notice, and the correct ride contact for your plan or location.

Missouri MO HealthNet fee-for-service participants can call 1-866-269-5927 to request NEMT, generally at least three calendar days before the appointment. Managed-care participants should call the transportation number on their health-plan card. Missouri also provides the MTM Link online route for changing or cancelling brokered trips.

Route details: Fee-for-service participants use the state-published broker number. Managed-care participants use their health plan; the broker or plan determines whether NEMT is included for the participant.
