Mississippi Medicaid transportation has separate plan routes. Managed-care members can book through MTM using TrueCare 1-833-230-2050, Magnolia Health 1-888-889-0605, or Molina Healthcare 1-888-597-1206. Fee-for-service members use the ModivCare reservation line at 1-866-331-6004. Choose the route that matches the member’s coverage.
