North Dakota covered rides

North Dakota Medicaid members who need help with non-emergency medical transportation can contact the Customer Support Center at 1-866-614-6005 or 1-701-328-1000, or find a local human services zone office. North Dakota generally routes transportation approval through the local human services zone or tribal office before travel.
