New Mexico covered rides
The official state program is New Mexico Health Care Authority (Medicaid). Contact the state or your health plan to confirm eligibility, covered services, required notice, and the correct ride contact for your plan or location.
New Mexico Turquoise Care members should use the transportation route for the plan on their member card: BCBSNM/ModivCare 1-866-913-4342; Molina/Superior Medical Transportation 1-833-707-7100; Presbyterian/ModivCare 1-855-774-7737; or UnitedHealthcare Community Plan Member Services 1-877-236-0826. The official plan pages list different advance-notice rules, so confirm timing with the matching plan.
Route details: Check the member’s card and use the contact published for BCBSNM, Molina, Presbyterian, or UnitedHealthcare Community Plan. If the member is not enrolled in one of those Turquoise Care plans, contact New Mexico Medicaid to identify the applicable coverage route.
