Nevada covered rides
The official state program is Nevada Department of Health and Human Services. Contact the state or your health plan to confirm eligibility, covered services, required notice, and the correct ride contact for your plan or location.
Nevada’s January 2026 Medicaid manual routes fee-for-service members statewide and managed-care members in Clark or Washoe County to the statewide NEMT broker. Nevada’s live Medicaid resource page lists MTM at 1-844-879-7341 and asks members to call at least five business days ahead. Managed-care members in Nevada’s other 15 rural counties use their enrolled rural MCO’s NEMT route.
Route details: Fee-for-service members use the statewide broker in any Nevada county. Managed-care members in Clark or Washoe County use the statewide broker; managed-care members in the other 15 rural counties contact the NEMT route for their enrolled rural MCO.
