The official state program is Oklahoma Health Care Authority. Contact the state or your health plan to confirm eligibility, covered services, required notice, and the correct ride contact for your plan or location.

SoonerCare Traditional and SoonerCare Choice members can use SoonerRide at 1-877-404-4500, generally at least three business days before an appointment. SoonerSelect members use the NEMT number for their health plan: Aetna Better Health of Oklahoma 1-877-718-4208, Humana Healthy Horizons in Oklahoma 1-877-718-4213, or Oklahoma Complete Health 1-877-718-4212.
