Oregon Health Plan covered rides

The official state program is Oregon Health Authority (Oregon Health Plan). Contact the state or your health plan to confirm eligibility, covered services, required notice, and the correct ride contact for your plan or location.

Oregon Health Plan members should use the official county search to find their local ride service, also called a brokerage. The search shows routes for both coordinated care organization members and Open Card, or fee-for-service, members; call the matching ride service before the day of the appointment or pharmacy visit.

Route details: Use the county finder and select the route matching your CCO or Open Card status. OHP Plus members with BMM, BMH or BMD benefits may have NEMT travel help; the local ride service handles trip details.
