South Carolina DHHS lists transportation contacts by county through ModivCare: Region 1, 1-866-910-7688; Region 2, 1-866-445-6860; and Region 3, 1-866-445-9954. Use the official county list to choose the correct region; the page asks riders to call at least three days before the appointment.
