Tennessee (TennCare) covered rides
The official state program is Tennessee TennCare. Contact the state or your health plan to confirm eligibility, covered services, required notice, and the correct ride contact for your plan or location.
TennCare routes rides by health plan: BlueCare 1-855-735-4660 and TennCare Select 1-866-473-7565 use Verida; UnitedHealthcare 1-866-405-0238 and Wellpoint 1-866-680-0633 use Tennessee Carriers. TennCare asks members to schedule at least two business days ahead; use the official page to confirm the plan route and current options.
Route details: Use the route for the member's assigned BlueCare, TennCare Select, UnitedHealthcare, or Wellpoint plan. The state page says transportation is for members without transportation to TennCare-covered services.
